Return Policy
If you have received your Hazel & Honey Travel Seat and have not yet opened the vacuum seal, you are eligible for a return. To qualify for a return or exchange, the travel seat must remain unopened and in its original vacuum seal. Additionally, covers, liners, blankets, and all other accessories must be unused and in brand-new condition.
To initiate a return, please request it within 14 days of delivery. If you meet these conditions and wish to return your item(s), contact us at support@hazelandhoney.com.au for return instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received, we will notify you via email. After inspection, if the item is unused and in brand-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you prefer an exchange instead, let us know at support@hazelandhoney.com.au.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the vacuum seal on the seat has been opened, as it cannot be repackaged once expanded. If you have any concerns about the size of your travel seat upon delivery, please do not open the vacuum seal and reach out to our team — we can assist with arranging a return or exchange as long as the product remains sealed.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement. If you do not see your approved refund after this period, contact us at support@hazelandhoney.com.au.
Warranty
Hazel & Honey provides a 90 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This limited warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials. Please note that Hazel & Honey is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to adhere to care instructions.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@hazelandhoney.com.au and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Damages caused by rough handling or aggressive use by pets, including bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains, and liquid or moisture damage.
Damage arising from commercial use, such as in hotels, transport, or retail environments.
Damage incurred by using the cover on a product that is not a Hazel & Honey Travel Seat. Covers designed for our seats may become stretched or ill-fitting if placed over incompatible products.
