Hazel and Honey – Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to Hazel and Honey. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.hazelandhoney.com.au] and the purchase of any products from our store. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. General Information
Hazel and Honey is a registered business in Australia that sells pet travel products, including our signature convertible pet car seat.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order on our website.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, Hazel and Honey is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Hazel and Honey is not liable for lost or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
5. Returns & Refunds
Hazel and Honey does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We will provide a refund, repair, or replacement where required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including where an item is:
Faulty or defective
Not as described
Fails to perform as intended
If your item meets the above conditions, please contact us at hello@hazelandhoney.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Hazel and Honey will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
6. Warranty
Hazel and Honey products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:
A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
Repair or replacement if the product has a minor defect.
In addition to your rights under the ACL, Hazel and Honey offers a 90-day manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, you must:

Provide proof of purchase; and

Email hello@hazelandhoney.com.au with a description of the defect and clear supporting photos.
If your claim is valid, Hazel and Honey will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. Return postage will be covered for faulty or defective items.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by pets
Improper use, washing, or storage
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
All implied warranties are limited to the warranty period, except as required by the ACL.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hazel and Honey website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Hazel and Honey. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Hazel and Honey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.
9. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian consumer law.
